God is on the Move

Hey there!
It’s been awfully busy the past few days, but I’m back to blogging :] I’ve been roped into working five days a week in the bookshop for the next while, even though it’s proving to be hard juggling with ‘faith undiluted’ I‘m enjoying it. My summer is about to get a lot busier so please continue to hold me in your prayers.
I’ve got to say: wasn’t Maize n’ Grace awesome! It’s clear that God was definitely on the move last weekend! There was such a strong sense of His Presence. Pray that He would continue to be at work in the lives of those who responded.  It was great to play a small part in this event, praying that it will go down in history for Fintona!! Please pray that we wouldn’t go back to normality. Pray that those who became “new creations” in Christ would continue to allow God to transform their lives from the inside-out. Pray for the follow-up that kick-started last night and will continue for a couple more weeks.
And another thing, if you haven’t been to Fuel put it in your diary for next year! I took off to Fuel the day after Maize n’ Grace wound up, it was just lovely taking a day out to refuel.  I have to say Phil Wickham was incredible (his lyrics are gorgeous!) and Paul Bowman sure can preach the Word!! Think its important for each one of us to take a Sabbath rest, I’d encourage any music-lovers to make their way to Ballymena next year :]
Could I also ask you to pray for Enniskillen 360. Along with Laura Gordon I’m leading the art stream, and its only a couple of weeks away!  We’ve both been rushed off our feet and have found it hard to meet and discuss how to reach the kids through this medium. Please pray that everything would come together and the kids would really grasp who God is through it. I also still don’t have a placement for Bible College. This is key to my course, please pray that He would make it clear where I’m meant to be…
One final thing and that’s me done for the day… the World Cup Café, in association with Hollywood Dogma, presents Avatoar in the McArthur Hall on Wednesday the 30th of June at 7.30pm. For you young ones who’ve your exams behind you what a way to welcome the summer in?! Hope you can make it, blessings, connie x
